CLAUDIA JOHNSON

Claudia Johnson comes to The Princeton Partnership, LLC with 25 years of multi-line claims experience. She progressed from adjuster, to supervisor to claim manager where she has managed claims operations of varying types and sizes. Ms. Johnson's claim expertise includes management of personal lines, general liability, product liability, professional liability, Maritime including Jones Act, excess and umbrella claims. She also is well versed in the application of reinsurance. For the past fifteen years Ms. Johnson has focused on handling, supervising, and managing claims operations that serviced construction risks. During this time frame she has worked with carriers who have discontinued underwriting operations. The challenges included developing and implementing innovative techniques in an effort to minimize loss costs and increase capital and surplus. This has enabled her to obtain experience of insurance operations as a whole, not just from a claims perspective. Claudia has assisted in writing policy language for manuscript policies, and excels in analysis of coverage issues. Ms. Johnson was most recently the Senior Director of Claims for a risk retention group, wherein she successfully implemented the structure and process to enable the company to achieve their growth targets while at the same time providing exceptional service.
