Gregory B. McGinley, Director

Greg McGinley has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a specific focus in claims. He has worked on numerous projects directed at helping clients streamline claims processing and improving internal controls. Over the course of his career, Greg has assisted clients in evaluating exposures, collecting recoveries, and reducing expenses while reporting to management and directors.

Greg joined The Princeton Partnership, LLC after working for Smart Business Advisory and Consulting, where he provided services as part of different teams involved in reinsurance audits, SOX audits, MGA audits, captive-account reconciliations, and claims processing projects.

Career Highlights - Serving as Vice President of Claims for the Homestead Insurance Company in New Jersey, Greg managed the daily runoff operations of this P&C carrier that wrote over 150 programs consisting of a variety of claims. These claims included, but were not limited to, Professional Liability, non-profit D&O, CGL, Excess and Umbrella, Environmental, Surety, Trucking, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, and Construction Defect. Greg also successfully commuted multiple reinsurance contracts on CGL, Surety, and Workers Compensation. Additionally, he assisted in a market analysis project with Deloitte & Touché for the implementation of insurance software. While serving as Assistant Vice President of Claims at Homestead, Greg managed Construction Defect claims in California, Excess and Umbrella claims, Surety claims and Assumed Medical Malpractice claims. He implemented and oversaw a bill audit review process and assisted management with monthly reports to directors as well as the State of Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Prior to this, he was a claims examiner for the company.

Previous positions for Greg include serving as a consultant at First Re Management, Inc. working with a third party administrator. In this capacity, he approved all coverage acceptance and denials, reserves, settlement authority and payments on claims.

At Warner Claims Service, Greg was a senior bodily injury examiner for a third party administrator handling automobile losses. He examined coverage, evaluated liability and exposure, and advised insurers through quarterly reports. Prior to that, he also served as a unit claims manager at National Colonial Insurance Company where he trained, mentored and supervised a diversified claims unit and provided leadership for seventeen employees. Additionally, he assured the unit’s compliance with company policies, procedures and mandated state regulations.

- Greg received his Bachelor of Science from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, New York.
