STEPHEN A. EISENMANN
Director

Stephen Eisenmann has 27 years of insurance industry experience and a proven track record in the start up, acquisition and management of claims and insurance services companies. He has served as the Chairman and CEO of Cunningham Lindsey U. S. Inc. where he developed a strategic plan to return the group to profitability.

While serving as the President of Focused Strategies Group and Executive Vice President of Risk Enterprise Management, Mr. Eisenmann lead a team of scientists, attorneys and MBA’s in the analysis, and negotiation of environmental, asbestos and toxic tort insurance claims. He also managed and negotiated other complex insurance and reinsurance claim and underwriting disputes.

As the founding President of Cambridge Integrated Services Group, Inc., Mr. Eisenmann successfully developed and executed a strategic plan to grow revenues from $50 million to $300 million. In connection with this plan he recruited a dynamic executive management team to integrate and consolidate multiple strategic acquisitions.

At IRISC, Inc., Mr. Eisenmann was a founding Vice President in 1989 and in 1995, was appointed its President. The start up organization grew to become an international claim services organization specializing in insurance and reinsurance runoff management. During his tenure as President, Mr. Eisenmann completed what was at the time the largest middle market workers compensation and general liability claims outsourcing run-off. He also participated in the acquisition of the largest UK governmental claim outsourcing deal-- at that time, the largest deal of its kind in the UK. Other “firsts” included developing the operational plan to take Constellation Reinsurance Company out of liquidation and leading the team that assisted Equitas during their start up phase. This team functioned as a claims consultant to develop best practices and staffing models.

Mr. Eisenmann has extensive experience in managing product liability, hospital professional liability, medical malpractice and lawyers professional liability claims. He has conducted claim management due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions and ongoing reinsurance operations or books of business.
