Fact Finding and Evaluation
Taking what we have learned in the Stabilization phase, expand our analysis by applying a comprehensive review of the issues, then drilling down to the details. The TPP approach will test all assumptions and "facts" making sure we understand what the "hard" or "irrefutable" facts really are. We will then take a disciplined approach to existing and new issues as they become visible.
